Terms of Use — Calc 3D

Welcome to Calc 3D. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the Calc 3D mobile application ("application", "service"), developed by Axiom 3D Studio. By installing and using the application, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the application

Calc 3D is a cost calculation, sales and expense management tool aimed at entrepreneurs and professionals working with 3D printing. The application:

• Calculates production costs of printed parts (material, energy, depreciation, etc.)
• Suggests selling prices based on configured margins
• Allows management of sales, expenses, schedule and quote history
• Offers optional backup to the user's Google Drive account
• Offers a Pro plan with additional features (see section 5)

2. License of Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Calc 3D on Android devices of your ownership or control, exclusively for legitimate personal or commercial purposes.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Attempt reverse engineering, decompile or modify the application
• Use the application for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Use the application in a way that compromises its security or integrity
• Redistribute, sell or sublicense the application
• Bypass the subscription/purchase system to access Pro features

4. Google Account (Optional)

To use the Google Drive backup feature, you need to sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account credentials
• All activities performed with your account
• Notifying us immediately in case of unauthorized use

5. Pro Plan and Payments

5.1 Free vs. Pro features

The free version includes the full calculator, for resin and for FDM, with two printer profiles and two materials already set up and editable, failure rate and the retail and wholesale margins. It does not expire and does not require a card.

The Pro plan adds: unlimited printers and materials, your own sales channels and taxes, extra costs, PDF quotes and WhatsApp sending, saving quotes and recording sales, sales and expense dashboard, orders, schedule, unlimited history, automatic Google Drive backup and the removal of the ads described in section 5.6.

5.2 Available options

• Pro Lifetime — one-time payment. Permanent access to Pro features for as long as the application is maintained in operation by Axiom 3D Studio.
• Pro Monthly — recurring subscription. Monthly auto-renewal via Google Play, cancelable at any time.

5.3 Payment processing

All payments are processed by Google Play Billing. Axiom 3D Studio does not have access to your card details, bank account or any financial information. Prices displayed in the application may vary depending on country, local currency, taxes and Google Play promotions.

5.4 Automatic renewal (Pro Monthly)

The Pro Monthly subscription is automatically renewed each month by Google Play, unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time at:

• Google Play app → your profile icon → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions
• Or at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions

Cancellation stops future renewal, but you keep access to Pro features until the end of the already-paid period.

5.5 Refunds

Refund requests follow the Google Play policy. In general, you are entitled to an automatic refund within 48 hours of purchase through Google Play. After this period, refunds may be requested directly from Google at support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637. Since Axiom 3D Studio does not process payments directly, we do not have the technical ability to issue refunds on our own.

5.6 Ads and temporary Pro access

The free version displays ads served by Google AdMob, in two formats: a banner at the bottom of the screen and an optional video. How the related data is handled is described in section 2.7 of the Privacy Policy.

Watching a video to the end unlocks the Pro plan features for a limited period. Regarding this benefit:

• Time is counted while the app is open and pauses when you leave it.
• Time obtained stacks, up to a limit on the stored balance. By spending part of it you can watch another video — there is no daily quota and no limit on how many videos you may watch.
• The duration granted per video and the stacking limit are set by Axiom 3D Studio and may be changed or discontinued at any time. At the launch of this feature, it is seven minutes per video and up to one hour stacked.
• Ad delivery is not guaranteed: it depends on Google's ad network having an ad available for your profile and region. The absence of an ad is not a defect of the application.
• This access is a courtesy and does not constitute a purchase. It creates no vested right, is not transferable and gives no right to a refund.
• Attempting to obtain the benefit by fraudulent means — modifying the application, faking video completion or automating views — violates section 3 and may lead to access being blocked.

Users who purchase the Pro plan receive no ads and have continuous access to the features, without depending on videos.

6. Calculations and Results

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data entered (material costs, energy consumption, platform fees, etc.) and for the pricing decisions made based on the results.

7. Service Availability

The application is provided "as is" and "as available". We aim to maintain proper functioning, but we do not guarantee:

• Continuous and uninterrupted availability
• Total absence of errors or bugs
• Compatibility with all Android devices
• Availability of Google services (Sign-In, Drive, Play Billing)

8. Intellectual Property

All content of the application (code, design, logo, icons, texts) is owned by Axiom 3D Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. Your data (projects, sales, expenses, etc.) remains your property.

9. Backup and Data Loss

Although the application offers backup features (local JSON and Google Drive), you are responsible for regularly backing up your data. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from:

• Uninstalling the application without a prior backup
• User device failure
• Application reset initiated by the user
• Data format changes in future updates (we offer migrations whenever possible)

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiom 3D Studio shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, opportunities or other intangible losses, arising from the use or inability to use the application.

11. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Significant modifications will be notified through the application or contact email. Continued use of the application after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Cancellation and Termination

You may discontinue use of the application at any time by uninstalling it. To terminate a Pro Monthly subscription, follow the procedure described in section 5.4. We may discontinue the service or block individual access in case of violation of these Terms.

To delete your account and the data associated with it, follow the instructions on the Account and Data Deletion page. Deleting the account does not by itself cancel an active Pro Monthly subscription — cancellation is done through Google Play, as described in section 5.4.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the forum of the developer's domicile, except where consumer legislation determines otherwise.
